Justin Pitters

Internation Handpan Practitioner

Originating from Toronto, Canada, Justin stumbled upon the mesmerizing tones of the handpan in 2021 while immersing himself in a playlist of meditation music on YouTube. Instantly captivated by its ethereal sound, he devoted countless hours to mastering this enchanting instrument. After two years of dedicated practice, he made the bold decision to depart from his career as a senior software engineer to pursue his passion for the handpan wholeheartedly.

Since then, he has graced the stages of renowned events such as Paniaque, Montreal's celebrated handpan festival, and the Steel Mountain Handpan Gathering in Colorado, the largest handpan festival in the U.S. He has also taken his love for the handpan worldwide, hosting workshops and performances, including memorable sessions on the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh, India. His mission is simple yet profound: to share the healing power of this exquisite sound with the world, transcending the boundaries of body and mind to remind listeners of their true essence.
